Good luck. Just file with intent to recall. Then collect at least 680k signatures (probably need about 750k to account for challenges) within 150 days of filing. Make sure you have at least 20 (at least 10 from each party) signatures from the Illinois House and 10 (at least 5 from each party) signatures from the Senate. I hope the State Rep follows thru with it. I applied for the PUA unemployment and uploaded my tax return. Now it is all hanging out there for everyone in the public to see.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
