Those of us who believe in the Constitution, individual liberties, personal ownership and self determination, values, standards, entrepreneurship, and expectations… We lost. What a huge disappointment this mayor has turned out to be. In her own words, she is supposed to be a ‘leader’. What a great roll model for children, students, and even adults throughout Chicago using that language. She has already been in office approximately a year. She’s a rookie, and it shows. As a business owner, I was excited to hear her focus on eliminating Aldermanic Privilege. This is a big deal, because these guy (and gals) abuse the hell out of their position.
But it appears to me that what she is serving is indeed weak tea. Not much has been accomplished on that front.
