The predictability of scheduling — they just aren’t gonna know until they get back up and running. Let’s give relief ... small businesses need to get their doors open, find out what their new business model is, what the costs are, what the customers and clients are gonna be.”
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
