Madigan spent millions to retain Illinois Supreme Court Justice Kilbride – Illinois Policy

Notably, Kilbride appears to be the only Supreme Court justice to whom Madigan has made contributions since at least 2005, and Kilbride has ruled on multiple cases that would be of interest to Madigan since then. Among them, Kilbride penned the majority opinion in Hooker v. Illinois State Board of Elections, which struck the independent maps initiative from the ballot in 2016.

Its actually sickening that this guy still freely walks arou d and is not in jail. His reach is so deep and the money he throws around to buy and keep all types of elected and non elected officials in his pocket is so in your face . How can this guy escape prosecution ?
