A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Definitely support these restaurants. If they get a “citation,” it will be thrown out in court because there is NO supporting law. Attorney Thomas DeVore is downstate but has a couple of FB pages (and suits, and cease & desist letters to Health Depts.) where he consistently drives this point. Good reading.
