A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Sad to say but you are making the right choice for your family. Just watch the local news every single evening or morning– a lane closed on one expressway or another so the cops can pick up shell casings; endless stories about rape, robbery, children shot and a fire that kills someone; another business leaving; CPS making some outrageous demand; another trade show leaving Chicago.
