A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Go ahead Mr Governor, make my day. Issue another Executive Order like last time and see if people comply. We did in March but we will not this time. Look at the number of bars and restaurants still offering indoor service. They have to do this to put food on the table. When President Trump wins today it will partly be because of lock-down fatigue. You will also lose your tax proposal today thank goodness. There will no bail out for Illinois.
