Good idea except it’s a total failure already. Check out the mess “no cash bail” has caused in Cook/County/Chicago. Thousands of hard core criminals released on electronic monitoring and now missing. Hundreds re–arrested for violent crimes including murder while out on no cash bail. It’s an everyday, multiple times a day event.
