Scott, A preference for a neighborhood and community feel with single family homes is not evidence for racism nor some conspiracy. Your assertion is baseless and offensive. Perhaps most telling of all is how unintelligent it makes you sound. People here enjoy their yards and neighbors and unfortunately a person like you comes along to try and change it? I’m curious what attracted Scott to Beverly since he was a transplant from the west coast. Was it the expansive yards? The beautiful streets lined with single family homes instead of multi family units? Did all the white faces make him more comfortable as a white man? Why didn’t he move to the “Black” neighborhood to the east? Scott in a classic virtue signal ignores all of these things when he moved to Beverly. No one asked you to come to Beverly to shove your progressive, property value wrecking nonsense down the current resident’s throats, even if they don’t want it.
