A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
This bill creates a 12 member Whole Child Task Force that is comprised of at least three labor union members (1,2,4), a specific carve out for CPS (3), and two pro-spend special interests (8,9).
