Why inmates are among second vaccination group in Illinois – Daily Herald*

Illinois is one of the few states putting both inmates and corrections officers in one of the highest prioritized groups. "It's in line with CDC guidance," said Jordan Abudayyeh, a spokeswoman for Gov. J.B. Pritzker. "Illinois has included all (federal) recommendations for congregate facilities as part of (phase) 1b."

Priorities of the demoncrats, take care of prisoners and those in cemeteries, the base of the demoncrat party

Sent the following to the Guv: Governor Pritzker,   The decision by the state and essentially yourself to include those incarcerated in Illinois prisons in category 1b is immoral, absurd, and absolutely wrong headed! Truthfully, I can’t list enough adjectives to describe my disgust with this decision. That the state would mandate that inmates are at the same risk level as my wife of 52 years and 80 year of age, is on its face no less than ridiculous. And by the way, don’t fall back on Federal Guidelines, you’re the Governor and I would suspect that you ignore guidelines every day.  … Read more »
