Sent the following to the Guv: Governor Pritzker, The decision by the state and essentially yourself to include those incarcerated in Illinois prisons in category 1b is immoral, absurd, and absolutely wrong headed! Truthfully, I can’t list enough adjectives to describe my disgust with this decision. That the state would mandate that inmates are at the same risk level as my wife of 52 years and 80 year of age, is on its face no less than ridiculous.
