I think the disaster was last summer when riots and crime rolled through the Mag Mile, Loop and Grant Park. There has been no recovery from that, and now it seems to be open season against law abiding citizens. JB won’t talk about that.

There is no ‘normal’ Chicago snow or cold. On average we get roughly 30″ of snow a season. Some years we get next to nothing, and other crazy years we get 50, 60, 70″ of snow.
