Pritzker’s 2022 budget needed to be bold and balanced, it was neither. – Wirepoints on The Illinois Channel

Ted Dabrowski was on the Illinois Channel talking about Gov. Pritzker’s proposed 2022 budget and how it fails ordinary Illinoisans.

The state’s finances are crumbling, businesses are struggling during this unprecedented pandemic and Illinois’ strict lockdowns, and people are leaving in record numbers. Gov. Pritzker needed to deliver the most bold, dynamic proposal he’s ever given.

That unfortunately did not happen. This 2022 budget was more of the same, with little difference between Pritzker’s plan and the failed budgets of the last 20 years. More gimmicks, more tax hikes, and as always, unbalanced.
