Headline Correction: The correct phrase is “ILLEGAL Immigrants”. America loves and welcomes legal immigrants; Illegal immigrants are criminals who should be deported immediately.

This is so wrong, and immoral, on many levels. Illegal immigrants encouraged to game the system, use TIN’s instead of SSNs, and now they get free money back from the state?

This is immoral and an affront to the legal citizens and residents of the state.

Leave IL while you can.
