It seems she was trying to become super woke and ended up spouting racist rhetoric. I respect her service and sacrifice, but I don’t want such racist views in the senator representing IL. She makes us all look bad.

This is the purest form of Racism. Not voting for someone due to the color of their skin? WTF!! Could you imagine anyone in the R party making this statement. How do these scumbags get away with this, let alone get re-elected? This is the same political hack appointed by another Democrat scumbag……….Rod Blagojevich. Remember when she ran the VA for the state of Illinois…….disaster. You get what you vote for! The people of Illinois are proud of you Tammy. YOU GO GIRL!!!

Duckworth was ordered back onto the reservation and told to stay in her lane. Duckworth complied.

Duckworth makes a loud, bold threat in public and the quietly retreats from it. She must have read Dick (Turban) Durbin’s playbook!

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
