Yes, Burke needs to spend some of his ill-gotten cash for legal fees, but proceedings will be dragged-out long enough for Burke to die a natural death at home in his bed. He’s still too powerful to put on trial, and he knows where all the political skeletons lie. It would be far too damaging for Chicago Machine politicians for Burke to testify under oath in courtroom regarding his long political career and his many political allies and foot-soldiers.
The process alone is punishment for now. A federal indictment is an awful experience, so I hear.
RINO Lausch the Beverly democrat machine loser and bff of Lori will not allow Burke to stand trial. It will be delayed so the machines secrets will remain secret. RINO Lausch’s loyalty is to Durbin, duckworth and Lori not to justice. That’s why they kept him.
Eventually Burke will be too ill to stand trial and charges will be dropped. Poor Eddie.🖕
