What a big nothingburger of a story. Some wealthy neighborhoods also have hospitals where the vaccine is distributed. Big whoop.
You’re right.
This story is such fake news. The Illinois Medical District got the most doses? No way! How can this happen??? I mean, everyone has a right to obtain a shot IN THEIR ZIP CODE. It’s in the constitution, you know, no one should ever have to travel to the NEIGHBORING ZIP CODE to get medical treatment! This is blatantly unconstitutional! What’s the point of having the United Center mass vaccination site if people have to, god forbid, travel 20 minutes to get it? No one should ever have to leave their neighborhood for anything!
