Lori does not have the political will to do what is necessary to solve the downtown wildling problem. The alderman suggests arrests the ringleaders but how you do know who are the ringleader without first arresting the underlings? She needs to send a firm and clear message that wildlings are not welcome in downtown Chicago. From a rational perspective, this is completely necessary – how else do you stop thousands of teens from descending into mayhem in the streets of downtown? Hopkins seems like a gutless coward. Why not lock them up? He is not going to be mayor by pandering to bangers. He’s done . They are committing criminal behavior.

Here is what I will do to fight crimes by gangs of youths. I will just stay away. One less victim available down town equals one less potential crime.
