Lori does not have the political will to do what is necessary to solve the downtown wildling problem. The alderman suggests arrests the ringleaders but how you do know who are the ringleader without first arresting the underlings? Here is what I will do to fight crimes by gangs of youths. I will just stay away. One less victim available down town equals one less potential crime.
