A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I have to think that urban looting serves some purpose of Government by Progressives. It’s hard to figure out … for those of us who are un-WOKE.
