Court records show that attorneys with the Chicago’s Law Department filed a housing complaint against patrol officer Enrique Badillo Sr. in March 2020 alleging he allowed illegal activity in the building to fester.

Let me guess, this was a “cop killed black folk” mass killing, per BLM standards, because the BUILDING was owned by a cop?
Landlords aren’t allowed to discriminate against convicted criminals, nor against gangbangers, and extremely discouraged from discriminating against folks with poor credit-ratings, so how exactly should this cop-landlord screen-out “bad elements” from prospective tenant-pool for his Englewood property?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
