A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Like the Illinois general assembly with Pritzker’s czarist actions, the Chicago city council has been avoiding taking on this violence, crime and shooting upsurge for fear it will hurt re-election chances for the alder people. They must finally be getting bad vibes from constituents.
