“We cannot allow for violent cases to fall through the cracks,” Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx said. “And so using that calculus, [we have to make] sure that those cases that could be dealt with outside of the system are in fact purged from the system so we can focus our attention on violence.”
They’ll need to drop the charges because no one will show up for court,
why inconvenience yourself by going to court! It’s easier to throw the paper in the trash than chase down some mopes. They know most of them can be found at the DOWM.

Kim is being guided by the Chicago Porch Climbers Association. Just because you use windows to enter homes doesn’t necessarily mean you have nefarious intent in your heart!

Does Kim Foxx lay awake at night trying to find ways not to prosecute people for the crimes they’ve committed? Personal accountability doesn’t exist in Crook County.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
