I mean we already lead the Midwest in property taxes, gas taxes, the price of gas, unemployment, outbound migration, and, I'm guessing at this one, elected officials who wind up in prison. Shouldn't we lead in the category of unclaimed checks?"
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
