Why would anyone in their right mind risk their life by going into chicago? No place in that once great city is safe. Is it true that in early July the Mayor ordered a change in policy to prohibit cops from pursuing bad guys either by foot or by vehicle? If that is true, the criminals know it and things are about to get a lot worse.
