Merrick Garland calls gun violence ‘ongoing tragedy’ during Chicago visit – Chicago Sun-Times*

Shortly before U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland arrived at St. Agatha Catholic Church, a police chase erupted outside. “Here, today, the threat of violent crime, particularly gun crime is a tragedy that is just ongoing. I feel it particularly in my hometown here,” said Garland, who was raised in north suburban Lincolnwood and graduated from Niles West High School in Skokie.

Merrick didnt get the memo from the office of the mayor, city of Chicago. I dont want DC interfering with my F*****G Business. Oops, my bad, that only applies to Republicans who want to help.

There is no such thing as gun violence. There is violence perpetrated by using a gun, but no gun ever got up and shot anyone by itself. We have a huge out of control people violence problem!

It’s been ongoing for awhile Merrick. And it will be until someone in charge decides law and order isn’t a bad thing. Sadly, the elected idiots decided to let the inmates run the asylum. Put on your big boy pants Merrick, things are going to get even uglier.
