Yes, LL, you can arrest your way out of a surge in gun violence. Ask some cops on the street. They know what works, you don’t. It will work if your co-conspirators, Kimmy and Timmy, prosecute and convict guilty arrestees. Your other co-conspirator, Tommy, needs to keep them in jail after conviction. Problem solved. Catch and Release has never worked. It’s great for bass and muskies but not good for criminals.
