Great use of the overwhelming power of state government. Hairdos and braids are much more important than test scores, dropout rates and teen criminality. At least the young people will look cool when they can’t read or write, can’t get a job and get their faces in a mug shot.

JB got real worked up about black hair discrimination, but not nearly as upset over a murdered police officer and one severely wounded. This tells you everything you need to know about the man.

This headline shows how pathetic governance in IL has become. They pass legislation about hair, and use the word landmark to describe it. MLK must be turning in his grave.

Good point. He should instead redirect his focus on signing landmark legislation to stop abusing IL residents with ridiculously high and ever-increasing taxes and user fees.

He’d then be a favored governor for 90 percent of IL residents instead of 10 percent. What a wonderful place IL would then be in which to live!
