A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Make it an open air swap meet where Michigan Ave “shoppers” can take and sell the goods they looted during the day. You can get some serious discounts. Open a JJ Fish and a Steak and Lemonade and you’re good to go. You know how hard it is to get all that shit home on the red line? Somebody may steal it!
Make a great greenhouse for growing marijuana. Keep the masses stoned, happy and uninformed.
Make it another park where downtown workers can congregate. Daley Plaza is nice but it’s the only place around for blocks. An entire city block as a park to hang out, maybe a little outdoor concert venue, some trees, revolving art. That’s the best use for that spot. It would actually beautiful the loop.

Hmmmm, I’m confused? Too much vacant office space and a glut of hotel rooms I thought Crains described the market as people falling over to grab hold of prime areas. It’s like listening to Biden spokespersons. Everybody tells their own story! Nobody is right or knows. I like watching Kirby, he gets a goofy look when he knows he’s lying and he knows everyone knows he’s lying. It’s like he found a booger under his armrest
