In Roseland, once-bustling South Michigan Avenue has faded amid crime, disinvestment – Chicago Sun-Times*

Shoplifting is legal if you’re not too greedy and you don’t have to pay rent if you don’t want to. Chicago sounds like paradise to me.

3 chicken joints, two nail salons, a wig shop and a fish store dont make a vibrant neighborhood.

Disinvestment? No. Businesses have been driven out by bad behavior, lack of responsibility, and political ineptitude.
