A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Hmmmmm… CTU says CPS is not ready. CPS says the opposite. Considering both have a lengthy record of obfuscating and mendacity I tend to think they’re both full of beans.
