While the governor’s order halts eviction enforcement for covered persons, an Illinois Supreme Court order allows for filings in evictions cases but temporarily stays all judgements and trials on eviction cases pertaining to covered persons.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Taxes/mortgage/upkeep all need to paid if not credit score is in the dumpster and you could lose your property in a tax sale. Tenants don’t really care if they did they would try to make partial payments.
