This is one of the biggest screw-ups of JB’s administration, and that’s really saying something. You can only get in if you have an appointment, but no one answers the phone when you call to make one! This is government in action!
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
