Seriously folks. Just like the shootings in Cook County. There is no limits to any politicians power without some type of enforcement. There is no recourse to anyone unless the voters make a stand. Not going to happen now. Gov has proven they have all the power they need. No court in IL will take them on. The courts are in as deep as the politicians. Vote with your feet.
