Absolutely Leader Durkin, It’s morally right to keep money you received in error. All taxpayers in Illinois are more than happy to pay for this, why should the person who unjustly benefited pay for it.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
