Commentary: Middle-school antiracist curriculum bears reading – Wednesday Journal (Oak Park)

"Barack Obama is a racist. Specifically, he’s an assimilationist, which is a cowardly type of racist. This is not my view; rather, it is written directly in...a key part of the new antiracist curriculum used in Oak Park’s middle schools. Parents should know what our schools are teaching."

Typical Oak Park anti-white rhetoric, initially loudly endorsed by its mostly-white virtue-signaling ultra-liberal constituency, who then choke at resulting ugliness of actions that confound their underlying elitist positive self-images. Saint Obama a racist? – Impossible, even though said “saint” lives self-indulgently large on Nantucket in a mansion, when not residing at his DC mansion, anywhere “away” from those meddlesome working-class POC folks that he hectors about.

While the USA kids are learning CRT they won’t be learning the STEM classes and will become totally more dumbed down than they already are. That means employers looking for medical and science fields will have to look to foreign immigration for rmployees. You can see this happening already by looking at the MD staffing at hospitals these days. As I always say “it is the will of the voters” who prefer gimme some of dat as opposed to watching our children succeed…and the Democrats are very happy to provide for this outcome.

This video by comedian Ryan Long sums up the whole anti racism industry; it is both funny and sad at the same time and is safe for work.

Nixit, thanks. Just read it. It’s barely coherent. The CRT crowd continues to make asses of themselves.

Ah Oak Park, you mean that racist town that borders Austin and built cul-de-sacs across their eastern border to keep the blacks out? And where if you are in a car driving east out of Austin you will be “tailed” by a Oak Park squad until you leave town. That Oak Park? Oak Park puts a hellava lot of effort into keeping out the blacks, god forbid they allowed Austin gang bangers to peacefully stroll around un-harassed. Oak Park teaches CRT for one reason, liberal white guilt, because in reality when it comes to Austin blacks Oak Parkers are segregationists.

Load up your gas tank and lock your doors, it you drive East out of Austin you’ll be in Garfield Park. Oak Park has taken to virtue signaling to the extreme.

My impression of Oak Park? In the 70’s, I won a race at the Oak Park Relays, the surrogate then for the state indoor championships. The air quality was horrible in that 9 laps to the mile indoor stadium (a clay track), and I went for a run out doors after the race, badly needing fresh air, and not a big deal given how used we were to the cold in the winter. I could not count the number of people in the building warning me not to run east, and questioning my sanity for running out doors at night.… Read more »

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
