A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
And again nobody gives a rat ass
There are people who do, but they aren’t politicians.
The whole situation is unfair to both the pensioners and the taxpayers.
When funding obligations are ignored, this is the inevitable outcome.
