Seems like RICO statute would apply to these criminals. Although I guess you need to actually catch one of the criminals.

You can’t get away from this madness anymore. With JB’s hands off warning to Illinois State Police and the police defunders in charge, these criminals are free to loot without fear of reprisal. The mayhem will follow people fleeing Chicago out to the suburbs. It is not going to end well.

Looting and shootings are become so commonplace in Chicago that they barely make the news before MORE looting and shooting.
Social Justice Warriors beware – the populace is tiring of this chaos.

Next the burglars will unionize. If they do the value of the merchandise they loot will be protected under the “Shall not be diminished or impaired” clause in the constitution.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
