Gosh. What could stop the black Exodus from Chicago: 1. Destruction of CTU and replacement with a functional public school system. 2. A school Voucher system to give parents school options. 3. A new county prosecutor who allows actually prosecutes the predatory criminals. 4. Cutting government bloat by 2/3 and a corresponding cut in taxes. 5. Pension reform including public sector pension cuts and end of double-dipping and triple dipping pensions and corresponding pension cuts. 6.
