I’ve been wanting a Rolex – Where do you place orders with the ‘Smash’n Grab Boyz’ wholesalers?

All part of the plan to get everyone to buy online.

Bezos instead of Soros? Nay, Bezos is too busy playing Flash Gordon with celebrities. Kamala wants that job! If it’s all to get you online; it’s working splendidly.

A big part of the problem that needs to be addressed is changes in insurance coverage for store owners. Several years ago most insurance companies stopped covering employees who confront or pursue thieves, leaving employers to tell employees to do nothing when the bad guys show up. The thieves know this and the results are obvious.

Oak Brook Mall. Hmmm, is this where a lot of liberal voting housewives shop at? Assuming they do it is good that they are getting a taste of their own medicine that others have had to put up with because of their, the housewives, voting choices in the past.
Happy NEw Years because in Chicago land its a new dawning and awakening.

Well this is becoming an all too common occurrence now. Let’s see if suburban woke moms think that maybe law and order is a good thing after all. It hasn’t taken long for progressive policies to reveal what they truly are, which is an excuse for the dregs of society to act as they always will. Send progressives like Casten and Underwood packing!

Probably not. They will still parrot the talking points from CNN and AOC that this is not really happening, and if it is, it’s because of COVID. The fact checkers have spoken.

Is this a Cook County issue? A few thugs robbed an Ulta in Dupage County and the Dupage Co. judge set the bail at $175,000. If found guilty they will get max sentence in Dupage. These thugs picked the wrong county lol.

Crook County is toast.

Oakbrook Center is in DuPage County.

You can expect return engagements as there’s not much remaining to steal on Michigan Ave. Maybe we’ll even see smash and grabs in Maywood!

I expect Woodfield will be hit next, perhaps Fox Valley Mall if there’s merchandise worthy enough to steal.

As the poster pointed out above, woe betide anyone caught “looting” outside of Cook County.

Yea, Whatever happened to Malls? I don’t think it was Covid; maybe teens and young adults. I remember going to Woodfield to look for stuff, God what a nightmare. This was ten years ago!

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
