Both are terrible but there is arguably maybe a little difference between the high fructose corn syrup in the coke and the glucose/fructose in the apple juice.

Both are terrible for kids and they should be drinking water. Water and milk are pretty much the only choices available in my house.

White people don’t eat much healthier, come check out my extended family at Thanksgiving. It’s a competition as to who can drink the most 2L of Coke and who can eat the most desert.
