After reading this article, I’m genuinely shocked that Kim Foxx hasn’t yet called the devil white male patriarch Dan Webb’s report racist and misogynistic. She has used that argument to successfully deflect criticism in the past from anyone who says something bad about her. I think she knows that she’s got a serious ethical issue to deal with in the near future, and slandering a special counsel as racist and woman-hating with zero evidence to prove otherwise takes her out of the realm of politics, and into the realm of serious prosecutorial ethical lapses. She should be sanctioned by the IL state bar. I doubt they will go full Monty and disbar her but she most definitely will be sanctioned including fines etc. Intentional dishonesty is something they take very seriously with attorneys.
