A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Kim Foxx has been terrible and a disaster for Chicago and cook county!!!

I call her “Misdemeanor Kim”. She has a way of making felonies magically disappear…if she doesn’t just drop the charges completely. She’s the inventor of “misdemeanor murder”!
If Fooxx only prosecutes “100% slam dunk conviction” cases, as she proudly notes, then of course her conviction rate seems successfully high, in isolation of true context of those many many arrests not approved for charges. But if Fooxx’s conviction rate is presently only 86% of those “100%” cases, then her incompetence is extremely worrisome.
