A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Maybe people in low-income areas should drive more carefully…

The progressive trend is to decriminalize antisocial behavior. Which turns city streets into shooting galleries and outdoor drug markets and crime flourishes. Then they are shocked to learn that the Marxist textbooks did not predict this would happen.
Easy solution to this ‘problem,’ slow down and don’t speed.

I am not a fan of red light cameras at all, but maybe Taylors constituents should learn how to obey traffic laws?
Low income areas have the highest non-compliance with traffic laws? Who would have guessed! It’s not like anyone would have predicted this! It is the cameras’ fault!
