Someone besides Lightfoot pushed this. I like that the CTU didnt get any wage or benefit aspects. Just some parameters around when to shut down an individual school. See boys and girls, you can play nice.

“If I had a dollar for every time some privileged, clouted white guy called me stupid I’d be a bazillionaire,”

Thats not true. Her entire life history has been privileged, clouted white guys giving her jobs and promoting her.

Why this triple gotta bring race into everything? Because it’s all she’s got.

Wonder if CPS reopening (telling ctu leadership to can it) is due to Biden WH stepping in, as Dems nationally are getten clobbered in pols over school closings?–“The White House has been in touch regularly with Lightfoot, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) and the teachers union, Psaki said.” https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/589056-psaki-white-house-wants-to-see-schools-open-amid-chicago-public
