The gun violence involving teens Tuesday began just after noon in the 6500 block of South Paulina Avenue. Police said a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl were walking down the street when shots were fired from an unknown black vehicle.

Chicago’s Mayor can hassle restaurant customers to show their Vax ID, but somehow can’t attend to car-jackers, thieves, and muggers roaming the streets without any regard to Covid social-distancing requirements.

Just wondering, why is it always a black car?
And always with tinted windows and 100% chance they are not driving YUGO’s or AMC Pacer’s or even a Chevy Vega. I don’t understand why cops don’t pull over cars with tinted windows. How can they tell if your wearing seat belts and if your vision is obstructed. Cops can easily see if you are not wearing seat belts if your windows are not tinted and then have a reason to pull you over.
Why isn’t the city hunting down these psychopathic killers…..to check their vaccination status?
