Illinois School Mask Ruling Leads to Confusion, Varied Responses Among Districts – NBC5 (Chicago)

At least one Illinois school district has canceled classes for Monday and many others have decided to recommend masks following a decision by a downstate judge that effectively prohibits a statewide mask requirement in schools.

If you have a chance, you’ve got to read the COPE going on over at Crap F. It’s amazing and it will make this the best Monday in two years a heck of a lot better. The dumbest poster on the internet (you know who) is screaming at the top of his or her lungs that unmasked children are going to kill all the teachers within a week. Another is promoting conspiracy theories that right-wingers are being bussed in for anti-forced masking protests; another is suggesting this is all a conspiracy theory by the Judge to give anti forced maskers… Read more »

Why confusion? Allow students to wear masks and allow students NOT to wear masks.

It appears they’ll use any excuse to shut down in-person learning.

Perhaps we should all appeal to the power to please allow our children to learn again. BTW, that’s the teachers unions.
