Between 2019 and 2021, a quarter of gun crimes were committed by teenagers and more than half of gun crimes were by people 25 years old and younger.

I smile at the so called investigatetive reporter. Will there be any follow up on any of this. NO. Why would the administeration of Rockford goverment care one bit about this problem. They believe that renovating the river district will take care of all the problems . Lets start very basic, what does the family structure look like. What does the public school system look like, are children really getting ready to go out in life and function. There is always good and evil .
