Illinois House speaker sued after Republican lawmakers ejected for not wearing masks – Center Square

Attorney Thomas DeVore, who has a temporary restraining order against the governor's mask mandates in schools, filed suit against House Speaker Emanual “Chris” Welch in Bond County Circuit Court. The lawsuit is on behalf of his state Rep. Blaine Whilhour and himself as an individual. “Speaker Welch has no authority whatsoever to place quarantine measures on the peoples’ representatives to keep them out of that chamber.”

Everyone remembers the show are you smarter than a 5th grader, well 5th graders could run Springfield and the state of Illinois far better than all these disgusting dysfunctional politicians in Springfield this is absolutely sickening and disheartening how are state is being run. I’ll agree if you’ll make only one minor change. Insert the word “Trump” to replace “Pritzker.” Okay? Now, do the rest of you see what I mean about the arguments here. They are essentially the same story over and over again, but insert the person or party of your choice where the writer intended another name, and you’ll agree with his point of view.

Trump lives rent free in your head. Oh, and now it’s coming out that Trump was right about so many things. I’d rather have a few mean tweets than to be dealing with 8% inflation, unsecured border and the current puppet in the White House.
