On Tuesday, the defiance continued and the House voted to remove three Republican lawmakers: Reps. Blaine Wilhour, Adam Niemerg and Dan Caulkins. Wilhour refused to leave the chamber, which resulted in him losing the ability to vote on the floor. Democratic leadership gave him the option of participating via Zoom.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
