Kim Foxx addresses state of State’s Attorney’s Office following year of controversy -WGNTV (Chicago)

“We’re prosecuting with integrity and we’re also doing our part to build trust in the criminal justice system,” Foxx said, arguing that behind the headlines and disturbing smash-and-grab incidents, ankle monitors are not the problem. “We cannot operate as we have in the past and be rooted by emotion and not by the data and evidence that tells us what works."

Say anything bad about Foxx and the standard reply is “Y’all are racists”. Issue resolved.

Plainly stated, Kim Foxx is a racist liar who is doing the exact opposite of what she is saying.

Not only are SAs like Foxx responsible for the increase in violent crime but they have played a huge roll in the public corruption in Illinois. Crime is crime and the SAs refuse to prosecute local elected officials who are caught. Many turn their head as local elected officials engage in self-dealing and destroy public trust. It does not matter what the evidence is, they will not clean up the counties. I am sure MANY of them benefit from the Madigan enterprise.

She is ignoring the data while telling bald faced lies. Every one who is wide awake knows who is committing most of the murders and crime in chiraq and the data proves it.

You can try to change the narrative Kim, but we’ve seen too much since you took office. Crime is a major issue, and you are a major reason. You might want to avoid watching television as the election season really gets rolling.

Someone tell VP Harris that the “root cause” of Chicago’s crime crisis is Kim Foxx

And someone might also tell VP Harris that SHE and her boss are the root causes of the weakening of our country. No doubt about it.

She’s also the best example of why affirmative hiring is not the best plan for a country’s stability.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
